Welcome to our media platform. By navigating this system or engaging Motion Media Limited to coordinate video production assets, you agree to comply with the legal conditions compiled below.

1. Definitions and Parties

Under these conditions, "Studio," "Company," or "Motion Media" refers directly to Motion Media Limited. "Client," "You," or "User" represents the agency, business group, or individual browsing our platform or requesting professional campaign production.

2. Permitted Use of Electronic Interface

You agree to navigate our portal strictly for lawful promotional inquiries. Engaging in systematic extraction of our script templates, video clips, or blog posts without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Estimates, Bookings and Client Contracts

Any project cost estimation provided via email or structural contact form represents a non-binding budget projection. A formal contract only arises when both parties sign a bespoke Service Agreement defining filming dates, specific deliverables, and active milestones.

4. Payment Terms, Taxes & Currency

All legal transactions, service quotes, and agreements are calculated and settled in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Standard payment structures comprise a 50% retainer deposit paid prior to storyboarding, and the remaining 50% balance cleared prior to high-resolution asset transfer.

5. Content Rescheduling and Filming Cancellations

In the event that you postpone a booked filming schedule, you must submit written notification to our team at least 48 hours prior to the planned shoot time. Postponing within 48 hours will trigger a 15% booking reallocation fee to cover allocated studio crew and locked equipment bookings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Transfer

Motion Media Limited remains the primary owner of the unprocessed camera feeds and source project blueprints. Upon receiving the final balance payment, we transfer full broadcasting and publication rights of the final edted video product directly to you. We retain the right to include brief snippets in our corporate portfolio reels.

7. Limitation of Visual Liability

Our team works to provide impeccable cinematic quality. However, we declare that our finished video products are provided "as is" without guarantees regarding specific marketing outcomes, audience metrics, or sales increase. The company is not liable for delayed launches caused by weather, safety hazards, or sudden technical issues on site.

8. Applicable Jurisdiction & Local Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal claim or disagreement arising between Motion Media Limited and you shall be filed exclusively in competent courts situated within Nairobi, Kenya.
